Eating for beauty & Gut Health

Instead of adding leafy greens to this crab cake sandwich, I added grilled asparagus! It tastes divine.

Asparagus has a wonderful healthy distinct taste, giving any dish a delicious flavor. It is a top healthy gut food. Also, I consider it to be a beauty food; because, it is an antioxidant, and vitamin E rich food. So, it is my top green vegetable.

After eating this sandwich, I did not feel bloated or sluggish. I ate two of them, and felt very satisfied. I did drink a large 16 oz. glass of water before eating the food, to allow for better digestion. Which we should remember to do before all meals. (This is why most seated style restaurants provide water before meals). Of course people can drink anything they want before eating a meal; drinking water is best, however.
