How to Get Healthy Beautiful skin

I just finished listening to the podcast (The transcript is posted there on the right). It is so stimulating; it is full of useful information that can be used and applied immediately. When he began talking about the herb, turmeric, my mind was blown. I have all the herbs he talked about. I sprang to my herb cabinet and combined the herbs he recommended, and I sprinkled in on some coconut yogurt that I had for a while, and I ate it ALL, like I could not get enough. It was my mitochondria and gut microbiome sucking it up. Minutes after consumption, I noticed that I felt and feel an aliveness in my body, and in my brain–it crossed the blood-brain barrier. I can’t wait to use it on EVERYTHING I cook and eat. I am going to load it on some mac and cheese tonight.
