When I arrived home this evening, I had no idea what I would fix for dinner. I knew it would either be Italian or Indian food. I chose Indian food, and decided to put sliced okra on top. (Learn more about the tremendous nutritional benefits of Okra here) It was quick and easy food prep.
It tasted good. Next time, I think I will add more sauce to make it more like a soup. Soup is one of my favorite dishes during the autumn season. I love savory or spicy. This is a mild spicy dish. Next time, I want to turn up the spiciness!
