Sweet Potato Pancakes & Waffles, Vegan Style!

The taste is light. So, the flavor is not bold. I was looking for a more bold taste. I suppose more spices could be added to achieve that. While I love the Classic variety of this brand, the Sweet Potato variety does not get the Veganista Stamp of Approval.
