The Most Delicious Vegan Chicken & Rice Soup

This soup is quick and easy to fix, and tastes delicious! It has a smooth, rich, savory flavor. I thought I could eat a second bowl. But, one was enough. The hot water cornbread is like hush puppies; but, it’s flat instead of formed balls. A soup that warms and relaxes the body. Good winter eating.
