
I think making homemade pizza is a great way to use all those stray veggies in the refrigerator. It is quick and fun to make, pretty to look at, and nutritional and tasty eat. I didn’t make the crust, which is made from sprouted grains.
It only took minutes to prepare. Preheat the oven to around 425- 450 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the crust is golden. Serve with glass of wine or your favorite beverage, and a simple green salad, for a tasty lunch or light dinner. Happy #WorldVeganMonth!
