How I Celebrated World Vegan Month Today!

First Sunday Dinner November 2019 | World Vegan Month 2019

I love to cook and bake recipes and favorite dishes during Autumn and Winter. I mean, who loves or likes to cook during the summer? Not me!!!

November is World Vegan Month. I decided to cook a few favorite #SoulFood dishes:

  • Collard Greens
  • Corn Bread (Notice how I cut a piece into a star?)
  • Black-eyed Peas
  • Macaroni and Cheese (Daiya Non Dairy)

It already looks like Thanksgiving over here! I hope everyone is enjoying the season with good cooking and eating!
