I love to cook and bake recipes and favorite dishes during Autumn and Winter. I mean, who loves or likes to cook during the summer? Not me!!!
November is World Vegan Month. I decided to cook a few favorite #SoulFood dishes:
- Collard Greens
- Corn Bread (Notice how I cut a piece into a star?)
- Black-eyed Peas
- Macaroni and Cheese (Daiya Non Dairy)
