Yaasss honey! Today, U.S. Senator Cory Booker, a vegan since 2014, and the only vegan senator in history, spoke at the vegan pop-up shop at the Convention Hall on the Asbury Park Boardwalk in New Jersey. It was a celebration of the vegan lifestyle. He suggests being informed is important to considering living a vegan lifestyle. He said the more you read and explore, the more you begin to live life in accordance with what you know and believe.

Senator Booker gets the Veganista stamp of approval for taking action and being supportive. I believe that beginning a vegan lifestyle can be difficult, and encouragement can make a difference 🍽️
