Meghan eats vegan throughout the week, and indulges non-vegan foods on the weekends. Her eating style is based on her understanding that food, good rest, and drinking water affects her mentally, emotionally, as well as physically. Megan looks great, and says she feels great!
Meghan contributes how she looks and feel to her eating style, which is all about balance; and, a way of not feeling deprived of other foods that she loves. Doctors say that restricting too much can lead to over eating and binge eating. However, I think this is not true for everyone. There are people who live completely vegan and are very healthy and well. Meghan believes that it is important to know your own body and what works for you in order to have great health. I agree with that philosophy. Each woman has to do what is best for her.
Interestingly, for a very busy woman, Meghan loves to cook, and is a foodie! In youth-hood, she learned the connection between food and feelings, and how that the appreciation of food is associated with happiness and useful for entertaining. In her youth-hood travels with her parents, Meghan was introduced to various cultures and foods, which contributes to her being a foodie. While she could live off french fries, loves

pasta and wine, for the most part, Meghan’s acting career makes her conscious of her consumption. However, when she indulges on the weekends, she enjoys her favorite things, and believes that it’s okay for her to enjoy them within reason. I certainly agree with the philosophy of moderation, especially with a mixture of excitement.
Also, Megan has been doing yoga since age seven, taught by her mom who is a yoga teacher. However, she didn’t take it seriously until college, and prefers hot yoga. (I’ll have to try it once). While her mom taught her in the beginning, as an adult living in Toronto, Meghan worked out with a teacher who has helped her advance and evolve in her yoga practice.
#LiveHoney! She gets a stamp of approval!
